Elliot Ledner, DDS, is an expert dentist who has proudly served the Shrub Oak and Yorktown, New York, communities for over 33 years. At Ledner & Zaiff Dental Designs, Dr. Ledner treats patients of all ages and offers excellent preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments.
Dr. Ledner received his Bachelor of Science in biology from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he graduated magna cum laude. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery, with a minor in periodontics, from the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Ledner practiced dentistry in the Buffalo and Yorktown area before founding Ledner & Zaiff Dental Designs.
Dr. Ledner is particularly passionate about cosmetic and implant dentistry. He offers preventive care, including teeth cleaning, fillings, and cavity detection, as well as cosmetic procedures such as whitening, veneers, crowns.
Dr. Ledner stays on the top of the latest advancements in dentistry through his commitment to continuing dental education. He is an associate fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute and affiliated with the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS). Dr. Ledneris a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an honorary dental service organization.
Through his involvement with the Give Back a Smile Program in Yorktown, Dr. Ledner restores healthy smiles to survivors of domestic abuse that are not financially able to seek treatments. Many of the survivors have facial trauma and dental-related injuries that greatly need oral rehabilitation.
Dr. Ledner is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In his New York community, he is a proud member of the New York State Dental Association, Westchester Academy of Restorative Dentistry, Ninth District Dental Association, the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce, and the Yorktown Lions Club, a renowned international service club.
Dr. Ledner and his wife, Janet Zaiff, DDS, have enjoyed living in Northern Westchester since 1986. They take part in outdoor adventures, including playing tennis, biking, hiking, and skiing.
